This video shows a an entire case from start to finish in about 90 seconds.
It is a prettau zirconia dental implant bridge with one zygomatic implant. Follow along and read the captions.
There was only ONE surgery.
Patient was only without teeth for a few hours.
The temporary and prototype allows me to work out all of the final cosmetics and function
This would be considered an “All on X” immediate teeth.

Is a full zirconia prosthesis have any kind of metal frame inside of it or is it a solid zirconia ??
Thank you
This post shows when I sometimes use metal https://burbankdentalimplants.com/full-arch-implant-a-difficult-case-explained-no-bone-underbite/
But full zirconia alone works for most cases that are planned well!

Is zirconia implant better than ceramic implants?
Hi Lynne,
Zirconia is great for the teeth but not the actual implants.
This post will help explain.
Full mouth implants are really special and there are so many ways to do it. Watch the video on this page link. I think it will help!

Hi Dr Amin I am interested in doing a fixed metal bridge implant. Which is the best in your opinion? How can I start the process with you? What is the cost pls for the lower arch back upper arch
I noticed you have made a lot of comments on the site Lynne. Have you contacted my office and scheduled?
🙂
Hi Dr Amin,
Guilty as charged! I did in fact call your office last week. Hoping to be able to see you soon😊
Excellent! Looking forward to meeting you! 😊
Hi Dr Amin, are fixed bridge implants considered major surgery?
Yes. And not to be taken lightly. Choose wisely!
I need to have the last 5 upper teeth extracted. I would like your advice on which type of implants would be best for me. Can you recommend a good dentist in Chicago, IL that measure up to your expertise ? Thank you
I was very interested to watch this video particularly as it was mentioned the patient would wear temporary implant teeth for three to six months.
I have noted that some dental practices advertise that everything will be finished in one visit as the permanent teeth are installed days after the implants.
Which is the better method and why is it beneficial to delay the fitting of the permanent teeth?
GREAT question….this blog link explains why!
Thanks Dr Ramsey for your response which was most helpful.
Hi ,I hope you received that email RE the extra 2 implant support areas one at each side of the back upper bridge past where the teeth had finished / this was in the top bridge not the lower bridge as I had previously mentioned in my earlier email / I had never noticed anything like that before/ I assume it would be for extra stability provided the patient had sufficient bone ..kindest regards ..julie
Great video from beginning to end ,along with your visual shots of each stage , along with your written brief side explanations of each shot/then your more in depth written explanation of the whole procedure from the beginning and through the different stages at the end of your video/brilliant you are a master in all aspects of your work which of course includes your fabulous exlanations/ any young keen dentist with a natural ability and striving for a high standard and ultimately wanting to specialise ,hence
wanting to learn high end dentisty/ implants etc would be privileged and thrilled to be taught by you ..Regards JULIE
Very kind of you 😁
