Here is a case that was just completed today! (refer to date on post)
His lower front teeth were not savable and needed to be extracted. They were replaced with two dental implants and crowns. Pink porcelain was used to replicate the missing gum tissue and make the gum-line look more natural and easier to clean.
This is the before picture and x-ray:
These are the two implants placed in a very tight area without any incisions or bone grafts.

Hence to say, he was ecstatic with the result!
In some cases a single implant can be used to support to tooth or a cantilever can be made as an alternative.

Can a single crown be made for two lower front incisor teeth (23 & 24) and be supported by a single implant? That is my case. I’m interested as I live in driving distance to your practice. I know the specifics have to be evaluated but is it possible and ever done speaking generally?
I thought I had a post to show you about this exact scenario but I can’t seem to find it. In some situations it is actually advisable to do what you are saying. Sometimes I use one and sometimes I’ll use 2 but it really depends on so many factors. I have done it both ways many times.
